Return Policy

We comply with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law. You may exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered. ✅ Please keep your purchase invoice and present it when requesting an exchange or return. Proof of purchase by any other legally valid means is also accepted. ✅ Custom-made orders are not eligible for exchange or return simply because of a change of mind, provided they match the agreed specifications. This does not affect the customer’s legal rights in case of a defect.
